🕒 Same-Day Delivery Information
We know that sometimes the best gifts are the ones sent on the spur of the moment. That’s why we offer reliable same-day delivery for our local service areas.

Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order by 11:00 AM (ET), Monday through Sunday, to ensure your flowers are delivered the same day.

Standard Delivery Window: Our typical delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Timed Deliveries: While we cannot guarantee a specific minute-perfect delivery time, you can request a preferred time frame (e.g., "Before 12 PM" or "After 3 PM") in the special instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Funeral Services: These are our highest priority. We coordinate directly with local funeral homes to ensure arrangements arrive well before the service begins.
Specific Locations
· High Schools: We cannot deliver to students at high schools. Please send student gifts to their residence. Teacher gifts are accepted but should be ordered early, as most schools require delivery by 2:00 PM.
· P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
Delivery Logistics & Safety
· If No One is Home: Depending on the location, we may leave the gift in a safe place (porch/neighbor).
· Recipient Refusal: If a recipient refuses a delivery, the sender remains liable for the full cost of the purchase.
Changes, Cancellations & Fees
· Address Accuracy: Please double-check your info! An incorrect address fee of $10 applies if we attempt delivery to an address provided in error. The customer assumes full responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address submitted at checkout.
· Cancellations: Because we process orders immediately, changes or cancellations must be made verbally via phone. We cannot accept email cancellations. Once an order is en route or processed, it cannot be changed.
· Privacy: Your card message is the only information shared with the recipient. We never include billing details with the gift.
